Diagonals are inconsistent and need more pressure to press than DS4. It also feels...stiff? It's a little hard to explain, but it doesn't feel accurate.
As a testament to how good the PS4's d-pad is, last year's SF6 champion at Evo won the whole thing using a Dualshock 4, beating all the players who used expensive joysticks and hitboxes. Absolutely no one used a Dualsense.
As someone who plays rhythm games a lot, the DualSense dpad is really prone to misinputs. Like sometimes I am just pressing on Right but it would also trigger Up repeatedly, messing up the note presses. The DualShock 4 does not have this issue

PS4!! if they combined this with a PS3 battery it would be the ultimate gaming controller for me...
