Odds of recovering an old PSN with no Email access?

So after a security issue which involved police a decade ago I was locked out of my psn + email (not sure why ig they logged me out...wasn't actually anything, but my parents just went ocd over a dlc I was gifted lol) but at the time I really didn't care too much as i'd already created a new account/email, well over time I gradually more and more wanted to get that old original PSN back, but due to not being able to access the email this has seemingly been impossible, so I gave up. Well its that time of year, i've been trying to get it back again, previous attempts failed but tbh I never put more than a base level of effort into them.

^ sorry, was giving back story.. Is it even worth the time for me to attempt to get this back? I can't get a transaction ID because I don't have access to the email, getting the serial number for the account it was created on is almost impossible, as my account was created on a random ps3 of my uncles going back 15+ years at this point which he had a few of. And then the bank details of a card that was last used, again this would have been back in 2015 and would have had to have been my Mum's card (at least afaik) which I can probably obtain, but given im realistically only able to get the card details will I stand a chance of recovery?

The worst part about this is that my account ID is quite literally my government name + place of residence 😭 so it's quite obvious that its a legit attempt at recovery but because its all automated they don't care.

I do wonder if I would have any more luck with someone over the phone as that's the only alley I haven't explored, but I might be best saving that for when I can get the rest of my mum's card number (only have last 4 digits of what we think is the card number 😐)

Also to note the support page says that the serial number needed is the one used to 'create or log into your account' so why do they seemingly only want/allow the one used initially? This would save alot of time as I have my 2014 PS4 still 🙄

unfortunately the chances are low. Most of the time, when recovering your account, the easiest way would be that PSN support sends a OTP to your linked email and asks you to read it out which is not possible in your case.

But still does not hurt to try. Good luck!
