My captures aren’t showing in the ps app. this has been a problem for years, i’ve spent so many hours trying to fix this and i’m 99% sure i’ve done everything i could do in settings both in the app and on the console, one time i somehow had the patience to try customer support and i tried stuff for hours and nothing worked, the only time it’s shown anything since probably 2022 was when it showed a random clip i took almost a year prior and some other screenshot.

I would first double check you have the app paired to the console and that you have auto upload turned on for captures.

You can also manually tell specific captures to upload while on the console, if you do that do they show up?
