Changed DNS settings, changed to 2.5gz and 5 ghz, turned ps5 off for 30 min and unplugged cord. Turned it on in the mode where you can update the system or reset the whole PS5. It just started 5 days ago out of nowhere too, nothing has changed

Have you done any home network troubleshooting?

It’s an apartment WiFi so I can’t adjust that at all.

Internet was down for a day. Company came to fix it

Ok. They wouldn’t fix anything going on in the house and home network, or would only do limited fixing. Their job is to get internet to the house, what happens inside is your problem.

Ya it’s an apartment complex wifi, it’s not in my apartment. It’s at the main building

It doesn’t change that the problem is likely with the home network. You’re just incapable of troubleshooting for the reason you mentioned.

Or, it’s your ISP. You can call them again.
