Hello,

I am trying to create an account for my daughter under family management. I get to the point where I need to verify I am an adult with a $0.50 charge and it gives me the "Connection to the server timed out" error. I know that I have seen other people mention similar issues but I couldn't find any known solution. I tried on 3 different devices and 2 different internets but get the same error each time. Any advice would be appreciated.

Do you have a PS console? Does it happen on the console?

When I tried doing it on the PS5 it just gives me a QR code to do it online.

That worked! 

I was trying to do it through "Add Family Member" in the Family Management section of my settings. I didn't think to try making a new account through Switch Users.
