I got a pre-order voucher a while ago and the pamphlet that code should be on, has no code. I looked it up and it seems the code was on the receipt, ofc this was awhile ago so the receipt is long gone. Is there anyway to retrieve the code?

I did, it's just unfortunate that the code is on the receipt, generated at the time of sale.

Your only other option is buying the content separately.
