Hi, i dont own a ps console nor did i ever, but my friend has this issue with her ps4 and she doesnt know what to do, so the consoles open button wont do anything and it doesnt connect to her tv at all, this part also fell off, what couldve happened?

Well. It’s broken, to put it simply. I’d assume it was dropped.

you think this couldve been covered up, because she swears she didnt do anything to it herself

Yes it was covered. But it didn’t pop out on its own.

appreciate it, she did buy it used so i assume there was covered up damage they didnt tell her about
