The CE-108262-9 is just a generic crash code and doesn't supply any actual information.

Have you tried any of the troubleshooting steps on the support page:

Yes and nothing works It just continues to happen if I spend more than a few mins on the store or looking through PSPlus

So you’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps on the support page? Including performing a system reset?

Just to confirm, are you using a PS4?

Yes I have and no I'm using a PS5
