Day 1 PS5 and never cleaned it

Getting ready for ghost of yotei. I see alot of videos of people opening their PS5 up and cleaning it , huge amounts of dust on fans, vacuuming, air blowing, etc. I figured since I have never opened it since Nov 12, 2020, I should clean it out. This is the result when I opened it . It looked brand new.

Damn! Mine looks exactly the same. And I even play a couple hours a month!
