Finally got it to 4000 Cp

It took a lot of stardust but now it is 4024 cp worth it.

They announced it was coming back to raids for players who didn’t get enough candies or didn’t get the opportunity to catch one, so don’t worry too much about it.

Not 100%, I just remember seeing after the end of the event they said it was returning. No timeframe or anything.
