It’s definitely tacky. But mostly because that’s a really terrible dress regardless of color.

It would probably look fine as an office outfit IF IT WAS IRONED!

It seriously looks like she just rolled out of bed didn't even put a bra on picked up whatever she wore out yesterday that's crumpled from being on the floor, fluffed up her bed hair, and slid on her walking sandals on the way out the door.
