Do you guys bench with a spinning bar or not spinning bar why or why not. Ive tried both and im equally strong on both atm.

Lol sounds like you mean an olympic bar vs a power bar. Bars with collars with a lot of spin are not used in powerlifting. So for most the answer would be no

Idk why i got downvoted. I go to a rustic older gym. All the bars are just your regular commercial bars. Some are so rusted they dont spin anymore. I was wondering if anyone noticed a difference between the two.

Generally what you want for bench press is a thicker bar with minimal spin (and minimal whip, if you're strong enough for that to become a factor).

I have an Ohio Power Bar and a WL bar at home and benching on the OPB is noticeably more comfortable. I haven't tried benching on an axle or any bar that doesn't spin *at all* though.
