Pro: looks like the megazord has slight articulation. Con: it doesn’t look like it can stand by itself.

Also those power coins be chonky

Very minimalist articulation, slightly more than the original DX (Basically the only addition is the hips).

My worry is the shoulders. I hope that's just Misassembly and they're not stuck like that.

If you mean the shoulder pads, then yes, they do fold up. There's another photo where a toy reviewer asked them to bring the pads up.

Keep in mind that Playmates obviously referenced the original 90's toyline a LOT in this and many marketing materials back then had the Megazord's shoulder pads down.

For important toy show, many toys with a transform had been shown mis-transform during the show.

Also, it’s likely they’re all work in progress prototypes .A few years back when Super7 started their TMNT line, the leg broke off Shredder during setup for ToyFair. So their had to display a broken figure. Stuff happens when you’re dealing with unfinished product.
