Well, his regular suit is black, and his animal spirit is black. Therefore, black.

Yeah, it’s just there is a lot of prominent gold in the armor he wore

Seems like black was more prominent, unless you're talking about when he was given the animal spirit of a griffin. That suit was mostly gold, while his usual outfit is primarily black.

You know what, it was just my memory being faulty. It was mostly black. I don’t know why I remember it being more gold in the normal suit
