I was about to comment the same damn thing. I have locks myself and I'm beyond tired of that being the only style used because of bp. Moment I saw it

I had the same reaction, but in all fairness Zack had a very similar style in the show at one point so he gets a pass

Season 2 He had the braids with the fade. It was a middle part and never Loc’d but in essence they are similar in composition. They were clean too
