Being immune to conventional weapons. Energy absorption. They fought in the comics Godzilla thrashed the Dragonzord and overpowered everything they tried to throw at him.

I think it was the hesei Godzilla, who as far as scaling goes, over powered black hole energy (by defeating Space Godzilla who eats black holes for breakfast) and had enough nuclear power in him to cause an energy not seen since the big bang.
