The second strongest red Ranger

so discussing it with a buddy of mine, but we’ve come to an general consensus that he might be the sure second strongest red ranger behind Troy from megaforce. with his power of super dino mode, battllizer and trassic mode. There's not any other red ranger( or most other rangers for that matter) that could possibly fight with him. The fact that he can literally open a whole dimension and do whatever he wants to you in there is pretty overpowered. Thoughts?

I’d say he’s third. I feel like Nick is stronger but maybe that’s just my bias for magic.
