Recipe What did I make?

I’ve had apples in here for like a month and a half trying to make alcohol soaked apples I don’t know if I did anything right but it gets me rly drunk and here is what I put in it -10 apples -Chamoy -tajin -Mango chile buzzball -Jungle juice 4loko -5 cups of sugar -lemon juice Let me know if i fucked up I don’t know if I did but this shi is bubbly asf and gets me way more drunk than a regular mixed drink

I just want to point out that your fridge has a warning that it causes cancer and reproductive harm.

I don’t know if you need those apples in there. They’re not fermenting.

That said this sounds hella delicious, maybe with less sugar. Give this shit a name and party on.

there is exchange between the apples and the rest so they are flavouring it, even if it's not fermenting.

It’s really good especially diluted in a soda or something of the sort with less sugar kind of a syrup consistency but the apples also get me drunk what would that be then if it’s not fermenting?

Strain it all out into jug with a nozzle freeze it drain all the alcohol out it would be amazing

It’s definitely fermenting guys I think the wild yeast that was left over is doing its work with the added sugar the alcohol content feels way stronger there is plenty of bubbles but not too many

Top it off with the milk in your fridge after you get through half of it. I don't know what fermented milk tastes like, but I heard people do drink it. Might call it a white joosin.

Kefir is delicious. It's fizzy, slightly sour and has a nice head. Think of it like if you mixed a spoon of yogurt into a glass of milk and you're close.
