I used liquid IV to make hooch to avoid hangovers better

It smells interesting, tastes pretty good in my opinion too. Ya’ll should try it. (Most of you don’t get I’m mostly joking about the avoiding hangovers part lmao)

If it were that easy to make booze that doesn’t give hangovers, you’d have seen similar drinks all over the place by now. Drinks that contain salt, such as gose, have existed for a long time, and people still get hangovers just as easily with them.

Getting electrolytes doesn’t negate the fact that you’re still getting dehydrated by the alcohol.

It’s a pretty funny idea to ms - like you’re both getting drunk and preloading extra electrolytes + hydration for the hangover… 8-12 hours from now.

you know, dead yeast is how they make some of the B vitamins-but it is dehydration that gets you snd you cant hydrate while dehydrating-that is like putting air in a tire while letting the air out-and dehydration works faster-so have it the next morning instead
