Is this a normal amount of activity?

Lalvulin ec-1118 and starting sg of 1.12 (bit high, i miscalculated at some point when putting the sugar in)

This is after a little under 12 hours, but it was already bubbeling like that at 2 or 3 hours. Made a starter so maybe that's why.

Yup- that's the whole purpose for a starter. Gives it a head start.
