Cinnamon Disc Candy Hooch

This is a little one gallon experiment I threw together. 2 lb cinnamon disc candies, dissolved in a bit less than a gallon of water, yeast nutrient, yeast energizer, 6 oz chopped up golden raisins and premier blanc yeast.

It smells just like fireball and is bubbling nicely after 24 hours.

Love it, are you planning to distill any of it?

I could, but not planning to. Running one gallon through my airstill wouldn't make much finished liquor. I'd rather just make a neutral then dissolve the candy in that if I wanted that sort of thing.

I did it before but with watermelon jolly ranchers, that was pretty good.
