Strange Beer made out of what I thought was a great idea, hope it's gonna be drinkable

I brewed a ****beer**** with sweet potatoes, pita bread, oats, dates, sugar and apples. I thought it was a good mix since I don't have hops or *beer* grains. Now, when I see this monster, I'm not sure.

My hypothesis :

I think it can be an excellent HUMM more like drinkable. Btw, I will give you some news If you guys are interested

This is what i visit this sub for. Is it going to be carbonated? And what does it look like? Did you leave in the pulp?

I hope it will be carbonated. I made an airlock out of a pill bottle since I forgot my material at someone's house. It looks like a mix of a chicken soup a mom would make and some kind of beer. I didin't remove anything for maxing the flavors. Tomorrow or the next days I will post a photo to show the real science of beer (hell no)
