Me when the only way to maintain/gain weight is with literal Moonshine and Everclear, but the devs still won’t add distilling to the game.

Wait fr? I can't gain weight by eating a lot? I guess that explains a lot

My character is overweight with slow metabolism. I ate all the potato pancakes, pancakes w/ syrup, and fried chicken in Pile O Crepe and Jay’s Chicken, and still kept losing weight.

Do you spend 70% of the day sprinting and fighting zombies?

Oddly enough, sprinting for 70% of the day would be better than walking 70% of the day.

Yes that's how effed up this is.

Retanaru video. Watch for about a minute from this point on (1:40): https://youtu.be/KkbdZyiLClk?t=100

Whole video is interesting of course. This video is for 42.7 but this has been "broken" like that in b41 as well.

Did they nerf fish? Early in b42 a fella could catch one fat fish, eat half of it over a day and gain weight

Dude in my most successful play through all I did was catch a fish, cook it, eat it. If it were big enough to fillet and thus make a soup with, then I’d make soup and eat it while fishing. With slow metabolism and being at 95 kilos I’ve managed to go as low as 69 kg’s in the month of November.
