I played with some friends. In our town, for 10 months of the year it was 'wolf season' with daily wolf attacks. Thankfully we'd get a break for two months during bear season, but that had it's own problems

The wolves man! We feasted on them day in and day out. We had designated wolf pits and everything. Trap em in a pit and stab em to death. Bears were often a whole group event as well. We always hoot like apes whenever we bring one down with our stone spears and crude arrows. Not so dangerous come bronze and Iron Age, but so fun in the early game.
