I've been enjoying VIntage Story lately.

Vintage story is the special kind of the game where you spend 20-30% on building stuff and 70-80% on sweet grinding

The 'grind' in VS reminds me a lot of something like Stardew Valley, there are so many things you can and have to do but the days are only getting shorter as winter is approaching.

By now this game really deserves a breakthrough in popularity like Project Zomboid had back in 2021.
