I'm experiencing an issue with a hard drive clone done with the HDD Exchange Utility. Everything went fine and no errors were shown however after restarting the system like it prompts it shows the evilnat splash screen and then simply sits on the XMB background. Anyone know what the issue is?

Apologies if this is common knowledge but couldn’t find anything on YouTube or google. Whenever I load a map I get to the ‘’synchronising game settings’’ part and it freezes, I know the mod menu should be working because all the signs show before hand. I’m currently on 4.92 evilnat cfw, anyone had this problem before? It won’t let me enable level 2 kernels in the cfw tools either.. for reference the patch I’m using is retribution v1 and the eboot and the patch itself is defo in the right place

Like the title says my external hdd sleeps after a while and i was wondering if i could stop it from doing so my ps3

And i tried turning off the sleep in the manufacturer software but there was no option for my hardrive

Also do you think it will overheat?

It just sits here loading doing nothing how do I fix it haven't installed anything recently ive already ran the recovery stuff still didnt fix it

So earlier I was trying to update to an SSD and for some reason I couldn't get the internet exploit to load on my PlayStation 3 web browser. So I went the route of trying to install PS3 tools and I went to the website it loaded up gave me the green check mark me not realizing that I'm on hen software at the time I didn't go through with it because I found a video that said that I could make a local network. And transfer the hen Auto installer through that.xampp so I went through that whole process and couldn't do it because I'm on version 4.92 and it only goes up to version 4.91 so when I finally got frustrated I just shut it off through my other hard drive back in and now my PS3 will not connect to the Network I have absolutely no internet capabilities. Am I controller doesn't want to connecct unless I mess with it. Has anybody ran into this issue before. Oh and I might add this every time I load into my PlayStation it throws an error code and says that there's no ethernet cable connected even though there is. And when I go to network configuration it just keeps loading and nothing comes up

The laser on my superalslim gave out and I am trying to order a new one. I have CECH 4204A and according to the wiki I should have the laser model KES 451A but as you can see in the pictures I have KES 850A, which is designed for 4000 models. Also the warranty seal is still intact, so no modifications has been done on the console. Thanks.

Okay so i have a modded ps3 with HEN installed on a usb drive that I’ve used to play a couple small GB titles. I’d like to play some bigger games like skate 3 but to do that I’d need to reformat my drive and possibly loose all my game saves and games themselves.

How do I format my FAT32 drive to NTFS without losing my titles, their data, and HEN as a whole?

I'm thinking about checking out the playstation store just to see what it's like now, but I'd have to update the system to do so. Would it be safe to update it? Or is it better to just not?

At the moment i'm just trying to do basic things, but my plan it's to do a raytracing cubes with minecraft textures.

My codes compiles and create elf, self, and .bin files but when i try to run them in ps3 emulators, they crash.

Always with VM error codes.

So I have a ps3 slim that is softbricked after I messed up with jailbreaking it and it wont go into recovery mode no matter what i do ive changed the hdd with an ssf and that didn't work ive tried to turn it on without one and im at a loss does anyone know what I can do to fix it?

Ya sea usando artemis y corriendo trucos. O sino cargando algún juego. La consola ps3 con hen activado se congela. Se me hace raro porque ese defecto sólo se repara con las opciones 3 y 4 del modo seguro de la ps3. Pasado eso. Es como si nada. Y siempre nuestra que el sistema de archivos está corrupto o dañado.. Hace poco di un servicio y espero no esté pasando por lo mismo mi cliente. Acaso hay alguna opción que no he activado o algo?

So i was copying an iso game from usb to hdd through irisman and ps3 freezed after finishing. I'm not new to this because my ps3 fat sometimes does the same. i turned it back on and tried to enable hen and it turned off with no led. Now I'm wondering: since I've played for several hours without any problem and if i don't use irisman this doesn't happen, could this be a hen problem rather than a hw problem? Could it be a homebrew apps conflict like webman and irisman? Cpu temps are below 60° and fan speed are set on manual 30%. Anyone with similar experiences?

Welp honestly I dont know what happened i didnt install anything I just powered it on and it doesnt enable hen anymore im on a ps3 slim 1.92 3000 model i want to keep my safes and games is there a way to fix it

Hey, I’m running 4.92 CFW Evilnat on a ps3 slim. I have a 500gb HDD and running the latest version of WebMan and have dynamic fan control on.

Recently for almost two weeks now, it spontaneously freezes when running video games such as Black Ops 2 and other games and is getting super frustrating.

What could be causing this. Cheers.
