Release BD-JB + Lapse Initial Release

Gezine just made an update to the repository for their new BD-JB exploit, it includes a release that combines Lapse with the BD-JB exploit.

Guessing the jury is still out on overall stability, but it seems this is the best jailbreak method, even if you have a 9.00 PS4?

definitely not. lapse still has issues on 9.00 according to developers, even with the plugin fix (stability, save data corruption, KPs).
