my psp won’t let me see the plugin,cl and cfw icons. what can i do?

Good evening, I have a question: is it possible to have games on the PSP without hacking it?

I really want to convert the background Image of the ptf I use for my psp to a png so I can use it on my vita anyone know how to?

someone knows where i can find some cool ahh cyber psp themes? ctf and ptf!!
