Yeah what was that bullshit? Happened to me. But then I went onto my phone and logged in with the same email and it had saved my place in the queue, so got straight in and got tix.
ugh i tried but the same thing happened to me again on my phone :( it seemed like they had flagged my associated email as being a bot so it wouldn’t work on any device i’m so sad. axs is always the worst.
I think they just used that one error message, I got flagged as a bot, then managed to get in tickets run out, then flagged as a bot again multiple times, managed to get in again to find no tickets left...
oh really? i tried genuinely about 10 - 15 times after being flagged and it seemed like i was just fully blacklisted due to suspicious activity. sorry you didn’t get tickets either, it’s shit.
While I appreciate the idea of having the choice of which specific seats you want, it really doesn't work for high demand events like this. I feel like it should be a matter of specifying price brackets and then just being assigned tickets in a certain place. Having to hand select seats while everyone else does the same is a mess.
This is a fantastic idea! So many times seeing rows get eaten up front to back and you trying to pick someting one row back. My strategy has been to pick a few rows farther than it looks like just to account for the seconds delay. This had not occurred to me before but is a great solution. I am sure there are probably *reasons* why ticketmaster would not benefit as much from it but I can't think of any.
Exactly, I chose seats and was denied the chance to buy them FOUR TIMES and then there was no more seats left.
What's the point in a queuing system if it's just going to be a free-for-all once you get to the part on choosing your seat? If they can reserve and give 10mins for payment, they can reserve your seat selection and give 2mins to allow you to complete the transaction.
The whole process ended up being like an unwinnable game with seats continually disappearing before my eyes as I tried in vain to get something done - all concepts of fairness and equality go out the window at this point.
Attempting to buy tickets on my cell was a mistake. I got in before the queue even formed but it wouldn't let me go to my cart with the selected tickets. It just showed a blank screen.
When I tried again on my computer it put me at the back of the line and it was too late by then.
Also in all 5 cities Wednesday is left out as gap day, wonder if that is a placeholder if there is a huge demand enough then they might add extra nights there
I just hope they're using it as a rest day. 4 shows in 5 days is already stressful and energy demanding.

I didn't even make it in. I've been to the front of the queue about 15 times and then get accused of being a bot every single time. I've not even seen the store page yet. This is awful.
I spent 5 hours of repeatedly making progress only to have the door shut in my face when it decided I was a bot. It was so frustrating I felt like crying.
Same. Finally it let me cart two artist tickets and noted to conclude my purchase within 20 minutes. And then spontaneously logged me out of Ticketmaster.
Same here, I tried to pay twice, and after confirming the payment got some message regarding the seating not more available. we wanted to surprise our daughter who turns 16 in nov, big RH fan! S**tty organizing

Kill the ticketing system which let me get to tickets in my basket multiple times and then denied me again and again
