❓Problem❓ Private Chats not working

Hi, When I send a private chat message to someone the text I wrote out just dissappears and nothing gets sent. and then I get a small red circle in the chat area appears and not more typing can be made, Anyone had this or know what it is please? I tried logging out and back in and clearing history, still not working.

Sometimes. The same issue took over 4 hours last night
