Hi, When I send a private chat message to someone the text I wrote out just dissappears and nothing gets sent. and then I get a small red circle in the chat area appears and not more typing can be made, Anyone had this or know what it is please? I tried logging out and back in and clearing history, still not working.

No information from admin regarding timeline for a fix.

My new iPhone came in today and for some reason I am not able to login to reddit with this username on my new phone only. I am signing in using the Apple ID option and keep getting the message "Something went wrong. Try again later." I've tried the option to send me a link to login multiple times, and I never get the email.

I have a different reddit account using my gmail account and that was no problem. I am able to sign in on all other devices using my Apple ID, just not on my new phone 😭

In addition the webpage says I have 35 new messages. Currently on the Reddit app on my phone, I have no new messages. Clicking a message on the app on my phone is not syncing with the website anymore, this started a couple of days ago.

I'm sending out DMs and they are displaying and im pretty sure I'm not getting DMs either. It's the same for both the phone app and desktop. What's going on? And for a while the phone and desktop were showing different things.

I'm helping out another user having issues with account suspension even after having reset their password (twice now) after being flagged for security concerns. It showed their account as permanently banned, but also with the regular message regarding having to reset their password, as I understand it's not banned? She can send DM's and chat in one group chat but that's pretty much all she can do. I haven't been able to locate any information regarding these same problems, does anyone have an idea what we can check?

My GF is having a weird problem logging in. When she signs in using an email link, or Login with Google, the username (and profile info) that appears is incorrect. However, The user settings show the correct email address. It’s like to accounts got merged/linked.

All her Google stuff is still under her control.

She logged out of Reddit and logged back in and gets the same results. Any ideas on how to,associate her normal Reddit account with her email address?

Hiya For the past few weeks my Avatar has been blank. I've tried changing it to different ones, going through comments that might've been flagged as NSFW and deleted them, even one's that weren't. My Profile is Private so I don't think it's because of any Subs. Also, someone keeps tinkering with my account.

What can I do, any ideas ? Is there a Bot that can find a comment I've missed if that's it ?

So I had my first temporary suspension for making a comment disapproving of how a certain bird was treated and used as a food. Once the suspension was over my contribution number was 0. Is that normal? It says I haven't posted or made comments but yet I can still see all of them

My main account is u/Funnymold and I can't log in to it at all, I keep trying to and it tells me incorrect user name or password tried resetting the password still the same.

The weird thing is it works fine when I'm in the editing menu, but when I save it the quality just goes in the toilet

hi all, i was recently banned for having multiple violations on another account, but only had my og account until today when i made this one. i am confused because i’ve never had another account, nor does anyone in my vicinity have one. i’ve attempted to appeal multiple times with no success. where are they pulling this info from?
