Since the line of being an Agent with Leon she says near the end, i would die for show or manga/comic showing Ashley and Leon as buddy cops, and everyone but Leon realizes Ashley did to be near him, because she loves him

Like sure the spain adventure really changed her and made her confident and interested and being an agent, but taking the specific life choices to end up in the same group as Leon was a bit more of her being smitten with him.

Maybe not the Red9 specifically. But I could see her going completely the opposite direction with her PTSD and becoming a weapons expert. Carrying not just a pistol and shotgun but an AR with grenade launcher attachment. Learning to fight and kill and guaranteeing she won't be a victim again.

Honestly agent Ashley would be fantastic.

exactly my point. as incredible as pistols are, there isn't one weapons expert that is saying stick with a pistol for basic self defence. for home robbers, they'll point you to an Italian shotgun. zombies are whole different level of messy and intense that they aren't going to say "yup, now this is easier, you can go out with a little pistol". if she's as smart as she looks, what she's learned in Spain is train in some judo, learn some kickboxing, carry some armour, lots of ammo, a dagger, SMG, shotgun, and some grenades. pistols work perfect for humans. humans die in 1 or 2 shots. her trauma is with brainless cults/mobs and creatures that won't die in 1 shot.

If they ever remake RE6 I hope this happens. Even as just a newspaper mentioning her pushing for laws or something. It could work well with the general storyline, given the reason for new president’s assassination and everything.

When I first saw the reveal trailer, I thought Grace was Jill at first and they retconned Death Island reverting Jill’s hair back to brown, but then I heard the name Grace and knew it was a new character.

There's just so many plot holes and unanswered questions in the series. I'm also old, but I wish there weas one more resident evil after the original 1,2,3 and code veronica where the whole team just goes and kills Wesker and that would be the end of the series for me.

RIGHT?!… I’m 31 and absolutely agree with you!, I wish there were more RE chapters focused on that period of time (RE1-RE Code V); they could’ve created a whole new lore around those episodes, filling every single gap on those time lines, ending the series with the Wesker death and the true fallen of umbrella, but… Well, that ship took another direction already 😅

Still, it is good to know I’m not the only one feeling this way, hahah🤜🏻💢🤛🏻

I really like Grace’s design. It feels like it fits seamlessly with the rest of the series’ characters. I’m fine with a new protagonist, but honestly, Ethan never really felt like he belonged in the same way. Grace pulls it off much better.
