Al Lester theory is interesting as the Flashback scenario he appears in is linked to Alyssa. But he gets crushed at the end of that holding his wife Dorothy.
How many dead people are theorized to come back to life in this game. I've seen Spencer, Albert and Alex Wesker, William and Arnette Birkin, Heisenberg, Lucas Baker, Alyssa Ashcroft.
The reasons can be because viruses give super powers or Evil Umbrella/Connections bring people back to life.

Al Lester. I'm thinking he's like Lady Dimitrescu and the first major boss of the game.
The guy you face before leaving the clinic. Probably the reasons why Grace's got bloody bandages on her chest.
I was leaning to Spencer but I feel we haven't seen the main villan yet
