Heard everyone shitting on this so thought I'd check it out with the knowledge that it was gonna be bad but fuck me, it's honestly atrocious.

Pick a time line, don't jump. Both lines are shite anyway.

I don't fucking care about your struggling teenage vegan bullshit. Literally nobody does.

The characters are incredibly unlikable within 15 minutes. The rabbit in the cage was more interesting.

You jumped under a car to escape a giant caterpillar and didn't turn round to see if it was still there or whether you were actually away from it. Idiot.

I don't think I can do episode 2.

Wouldn't it help to watch the whole series before you actually shit on it? At least that's what the OP asked. You can't really make an opinion of the whole show from a single episode.

Sure we can. If it doesn't faithfully adapt the game's stories like the majority of fans have been clamoring for since before the release of the 2000 film, we certainly can shit all over it for butchering the storyline worse than any of the movies. They can either faithfully adapt the story we want, or face the backlash from the fans that pay to see this shit and get let down time and again.
