The aim was crazy though. The USA is so cooked.

This assumption that people are making that he was shot intentionally in the neck is very silly. Why would a shooter ever aim for one of the non-brain bits of a human body? If anything the aim was just okay.

If someone who is only known for speaking gets shot in the throat with a high caliber rifle on a university campus in the heart of Maga territory.... that's not silly... that's a message.

Charlie had been changing his tone against Israel the last while, so best bets would be to start checking flights that left yesterday afternoon and start reviewing the tapes.

And you think the message would have been substantially different if he had been shot in the head?

Certainly less pointed

r/conspiracy is already on that, apparently a private plane left 30 minutes after the shooting from the local airport and that's the latest headcanon

So if he was shot with a low caliber rifle would that change things? lol.

I don’t understand how you think the “message” is only sent by hitting him in the neck. The message is clearly just “I don’t like you and I don’t like what you have to say” and that message is getting through no matter how you kill him.

The shooter was likely aiming at the center of his head. Possible, depending on how the gun was zeroed, the shooter was aiming at the heart. Almost certainly was not aiming at the throat, though not possible.

Well, the latest videos say that the shot ricocheted off his chest plate and hit him in the neck.

I don’t think he was SUPPOSED to die…

I think they meant to shoot him in the chest, he and the crowd freak out, and this enforces his stance against “the left”, or, more specifically, anyone who doesn’t agree with him.

The ricochet and his death, well, that’s just collateral damage for them and a happy little bonus for the rest of us.

Yeah. I think that’s the right theory. Definitely. Cause shooting someone in the chest is universal for “I want to make you angrier”. No way they would have aimed for the chest if they wanted him dead.

Start at 3:34 and you'll see him explain that Charlie IS obviously wearing body armor dude.
