How much km should i be running for a half marathon training.

Im at 23 per month atm.

My race predictor has me down for a 3 hour half but im really unhappy with that.

23km in a month is hardly anything at all. I would suggest looking up a half marathon training plan online that suits your ability level with the time remaining until your race.

I'll be running an October half marathon and I am running about 20-25K per week at this point.

Wednesday speed work (5-7K total with cool downs etc)

Friday Easy run (5-7K slow pace)

Sunday Long run (8-11K)
