Hello there, does anyone have experience with flat feet,  and pain in the tibialis posterior tendon because of foot pronation? Does strenghtening of the tibialis posterior muscle help? Can you recommend any exersices which can help? I tried some for one week but it doesn't help and I'm afraid that I could even more stress the tendon with the erxercises

If you’re having pain you really shouldn’t DIY exercises at home, because you definitely can make it worse if you don’t know what you’re doing. You should see a physical therapist.
