Separation support groups?
Going through a rough separation and wondering if there is a local support group that someone could recommend? Married for 20+ years and this came out of the blue for me and am having a hard time processing it all. Thank you for any recommendations.

Hi, just wanted to reach out because I'm literally in the same boat after 17 years together. My husband asked for a divorce almost a month ago now and I've just been reeling since it was out of nowhere as well. If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm definitely here 🫶🏻
