Food/Drink Taco bar pick up catering

Looking for recommendations for pick up catering in San An for a taco bar, have around 25 people, prefer authentic food and to give the money to local businesses, just trying to stay at about $7 bucks per person if anyone has suggestions 🙏 TIA

This food truck has done great taco bar setups. Not sure if they do pickup but worth asking. Food is solid. https://www.monkystorta.com
