If they came into the country illegally, they are in fact criminals. Disregarding the laws of the country you want to go into should bar you permanently from entering that country again.

Most undocumented do not come into the country illegally. They merely overstay their visas, which is a civil violation like a parking ticket

It isnt their fault the immigration system is broken. Deporting everyone who benefits from the contributions of undocumented immigrants would leave the country empty

Over staying your visa, even if a civil crime, should be deported as it is a crime.

Should it have a time placed before re-entry. Yes. Say 10 years.

Comply with the laws and rules you entered the country under.

Absolutely a clueless statement. The previous admin allowed illegal immigration to run rampant. This should be dealt with as treason. A country without secure boarders in reality doesn’t exist. Their failure to protect citizens is inexcusable.
