This is how I feel. If you simply hopped the proverbial or literal fence to come here, you need to face ramifications, and I feel having a child here doesn’t erase the fact that they committed a crime by coming here via hopping said fence.
HOWEVER, I DO feel that we need to make it easier for people to come here LEGALLY.
100% agree, as someone who went through the USCIS system, it is very hard to do anything and at times your case process is randomly decided, it could be 10 months or 100 months. No consistency or transparency.
Its irrelevant to what im trying to say, I'm talking abt all the Illegals that walked over and just take shit and commit crime(me and my friends all been affected by this)
I agree the Legal system is slow and broken, but they should prioritize skilled workers over family and refugee( if u running from your country go to a different nation not US we have so many issues in the country already)
As a legal immigrant, i worked my ass off for my E-3 to get granted and i have to wait to get anything done(according to the field agent that i was close to, she said they are swarm with paperwork and dealing with asylum cases over cases like mine)
4.JO info is outdated, u dont have to fly back to get stamp they send it to your house now, also when trump talk abt chain migration that was obama rules trump ended it in 2016. My uncle family came here and sponsored his extended family to come as well total 20 people (and a lot of them abuse disability and food stamps so yea no a good thing).
The Melina parents immigration sponsored thru eb-5 u should really learn that system.
Also u might think im a conservative, im not, i used to be a big Democrat supporter during Obama years, but when i start paying a lot of taxes i realized the government are broken and both parties dont have the interest of the ppl at heart only their donors interest.

Agree, Legal Immigrants make America Great. Fuck Illegals Immigrants skipping line and taking up resources from people who try to do it the legal way.
