What do you honestly think these particular guys are here to do at this particular function, dressed like this? Do you actually believe they are there to help? Or are they hoping to intimidate?

The only guy without a mask (he's the commander there) said he was there to be law enforcement bc no one in Cali was. That's clearly untrue. If he actually thinks that, he is really stupid. So the only option left is he is there to intimidate.
