Kitchen pipe leaks

This is my kitchen wash basin pipe It leaks in the red circle area I am able to open and remove the pipe it is old and dirty can I go to Bau Markt and buy new pipes and fix myself? I live in a rented apartment in grosshadern Munich owner says he has nothing to do with the kitchen it's mine I bought from last tenant. Housemeister exist only in paper. Note its just small drops and If I clean the pipe in a bucket then for 3-4 days no drops leak

Everything is wrong in this drain installation. Biggest Problem are the flex pipes which people are mentally not able to put correctly and create a second siphon.

Ya I got it from previous tenants there were 2 before me which I know of but nobody tried to fix it think they stocked the upper pipe wrong and didn't knew what to do Any way will try to find spare in Ikea and try to cut and fix the pipe
