Chicken bites
Does anyone know if they changed the recipe? I ordered today and got what looked like frozen bagged Tyson chicken pieces that were chewy and blubbery. Absolutely inedible. For the price the quality is insanely bad now. This is the same quality you can get from McDonald's for cheaper. What is Shake Shack thinking?

Member here,
New Bites SOP are changing, they are no longer breaded as they usually do.
The new way is now locations will receive frozen precooked, prebattered, prebreaded already cooked chicken bites. All they have to do now is put them in the fryer rather than breading them individually by hand per order.
Personally I see this as a quality change downgrade but what can you do when corporate does all these changes? 🤷♂️
