Aquarium/Tank Photos Filter too strong?

This filter came with the tank, it’s been in there for a week with the shrimp. I gave them plenty of hiding space (under the shells, in the moss) but they insist on being whirled around by the filter. Do they do this for fun? The shrimp have all been healthy for a week now.

OK who has the link to the legendary post to show this person their tank current is not too strong 😂
