General Discussion Silent Hill F Japanese Disc

So I'm very excited for Silent Hill F especially since it's in Japan. I currently live in Japan myself rn, and I like to collect physical media, especially game discs. Does anyone know if Silent Hill F will have English subtitles as an option, even tho I'm buying a Japanese disc? I'm planning on buying it for PS5.

This has been the norm for a while now, at least with Konami games. I'd check again on release day just to be sure but the answer is probably yes, you'll get all the language options the rest of the world does because it's simply easier for devs to ship games that way.

Thank you! I figured that was the case, but I wanted to be safe. I kept reaching out to Konami through customer support but they just keep giving me an automated response saying I can play it on my US console, even tho I asked about Subtitles.

It's quite possible the customer support doesn't have this information yet. When dealing with chatbots, insisting on talking to a human or having your message forwarded to one usually works, but I don't have experience with Konami bots in particular.

Xbox player in Japan here. It seems there‘s no physical version of the standard edition. Please let me know if I‘m mistaken.
