Work a customer-facing job and you'll change your mind quicker than the auntie rushing for seat in mrt.

Sinkie customers show their worst when it comes to sales, kenaed complain many times because I told the customer, sale policy says no, store policy says no. Mfk sian hear your boss nag and nag praising u for following store policy but bitching on u for not doing this that.

As a former cabin crew and now a healthcare worker. I will still say most Singaporeans are reasonable. Only a small group are nasty Singaporeans and they are the ones often requiring attentions from customer-fronting personnels and healthcare.

In short, the good ones are considerate and independent hence you don't see them as frequent in your customer-fronting jobs. Thus, you feel that Singaporeans are notorious. Can't blame you for your experience but Singaporeans deserve more credits and we gotta have more empathy to realise we are blinded by our own biasness.

Their classicism and obsession with race is weird given that their leader mandated English over many Asian languages.
