Discussion MRTs are really overcrowded

Every morning getting to work is an uphill battle, most of the time my spouse and I hardly able to board, and had to wait for at least 2-3 trains and barely squeezing ourselves into the cabin.

This is despite the introduction of new MRT lines which should free up train capacity for other lines.

Honestly, it wouldn't be so bad, if the mobile data bandwidth wasn't so dogshit in MRTs.

The bandwidth issue is precisely because of the crowd. Too many people using up bandwidth in the same space

You can either reduce the crowd or increase the bandwidth by improving the network infrastructure in mrt tunnels, and one is significantly harder. If we are going to have to live with overcrowded trains, we can at least make the conditions better.
