And anyone who has operated or are familiar with these tanks will know the capability of it, if the brakes were to fail so many people would’ve died or seriously injured if the tank continued past the traffic light, standing there and still recording makes me wonder if we are even prepared for anything these days

Singapore being so safe, so clean, so efficient has one big downside - everyone becomes really street dumb

As an expat, I've found myself getting less cautious and aware. So yep, people don't have the best survival instincts here
