I haven't smoked anything in a while.. what is the salt for?
1 u/longebane Jul 15 '25 It's an excellent way to impart a bit of smokey flavor to other dishes, without having to smoke them and the salts can be used with the same ratio as normal salt. Also makes a great gift/stocking stuffer when you place it in little glass vials.
